  • Non-Beneficiary Status: The Dubizness.com website and company are not stakeholders or beneficiaries in any transactions conducted between users and will not share in the profits or losses of these dealings.

2. User Warning and Disclaimer

The full responsibility for any transaction, agreement, and exchange of funds rests solely with the individual advertiser and the user engaging with the advertisement.

  • In-Person Agreement: It is strongly recommended that before any financial payment or shipment of goods, both parties (buyer and seller) must meet in person to inspect the item, confirm the service’s authenticity, and agree on the details of the transaction.

  • Financial Security: Dubizness.com does not provide advice on payment methods between users and offers no guarantees regarding the receipt of funds or delivery of goods by either party. Strictly avoid sending money before absolute certainty and an in-person meeting.

3. Site Financial Services Refund Policy (No Refunds)

Dubizness.com is designed for free classifieds. Any financial payments received are solely for optional advertisement promotion services (such as making it ‘Featured,’ ‘Bumping,’ or ‘Renewing’) requested and paid for by the user to increase the visibility of their advertisement.

  • No Possibility of Refund: All financial payments made by users to Dubizness.com for ad promotion services are in exchange for the digital services rendered (displaying the ad in better positions) and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Cancellation of Promotion Services: Once payment is made and the promotion service is activated, the paid amount will not be reimbursed, even if the user cancels or deletes the advertisement.

  • Ad Deletion Due to Policy Breach: If your advertisement is removed by the Dubizness.com team due to a breach of the site’s rules and terms of use (such as illegal or prohibited content), the payment made for the promotion of that ad will also not be refunded.
