Guests must pay a security deposit
Security deposit payments can be made in Cash or via Bank transfer.
The deposit will be refunded within 7 days in whole or in part after an inspection of the premises by Luxury Stays Vacation Homes Rentals L.L.C
A Booking agreement must be signed by the client at the time of check in.

Guests should provide all Emirates id’s or passports of all guests who will be staying or visiting our property. All documents will be submitted to Dubai Tourism and Security. Without registration a person won’t pass through the Security gate.
