The Inspire Fitness BL1 Multi-Gym delivers a complete upper and lower body workout in a compact design. This unique machine uses your own body weight for resistance training versus traditional weights. It’s powerful yet quiet as there is no weight plates.
The one-handed adjustment lever offers 15 different resistance levels from from 10% to 150% of your total body weight giving you an efficient and personalized workout experience. This home gym is ideal for anyone, at any fitness level. Perform over a hundred exercises with its fixed press arm, a high and low pulley, a leg curl and extension station, as well as free movement handles.
