Annual turn-over is around AED 600,000 with monthly expenses of 37,000.

There are five direct employees, including the driver. Main equipment are 25kg washer, 22kg dryer, steaming machine and a few smaller machines. There are ironing tables. There is one delivery van.

The business has been on lease for the last 6 years. I’m trying to exit because the rent has increased. The business would still be profitable, even with the rent increase.
